World Mental Health Day

World Mental Health Day is observed every year on 10th October, with the overall objective of raising awareness of mental health issues around the world and mobilizing efforts in support of mental health.

The Day provides an opportunity for all stakeholders working on mental health issues to talk about their work, and what more needs to be done to make mental health care accessible for people worldwide.

To coincide with this special day, we are launching our brand new Yoga and Wellbeing Retreat Weekends here at Fullers Hill Cottages. We have invited Press and online Influencers along on Saturday 12th October, for a ‘taster day’, to include Yoga and Mindfulness sessions, plus other holistic treatments such as Reflexology, and use of our relaxing hot tubs. This will be followed by a wine tasting session, then a professionally cooked dinner in our stunning Granary apartment. After an overnight stay in our beautiful cottages, our invited guests will enjoy luxury breakfast hampers and a quiet, relaxing morning in peaceful farm surroundings.

If this sounds like your kind of weekend, please give us a call to discuss bookings for Autumn/Winter 2019-2020.

Located in the rural heart of South Cambridgeshire, just 1 hour from London, we can provide your mind, body and soul with a full detox, relax and reboot! We look forward to welcoming you and help you switch off from the stresses of modern day life and enjoy what we have to offer here at Fullers Hill Retreat.
