Our special extras and services now include: a visiting spa service, car valeting, champagne & chocolates, flower delivery, private chef, babysitting and nanny services, vintage afternoon teas, breakfast hampers and supper boxes, wine-tasting, hog roasts, cupcake decorating, floral corsage design workshop, dog-sitting and cookery workshops.   Anything is possible, we are currently looking into dog grooming, chocolate tasting, cocktail making and much much more! Shuttleworth Collection Biggleswade The Shuttleworth Collection depicts the history of flight from the early 1900 to the 1950’s and shows how the aircraft operated in the pioneering years, was rapidly developed through necessity during World War I, was used for sport, pleasure and business in the 1920s and 30s and once again became a fighting machine in World War II. Rowing the River Cam in Cambridge

Cambridge bumps If you stay at Cambridge holiday cottages in late feb/early march or June or indeed July, then a trip to the lower reaches of the River Cam in Cambridge  is well worthwhile for these  are the times of the bumping races on the river. Cambridge has a thriving rowing community. The colleges have a total of about 1500 active rowers and the town clubs about 700. At peak times the river is full of boats training.
